Real estate isn’t just about passing an exam. It’s about knowing the market, thinking strategically, and feeling prepared from day one. As a leader in the Chattanooga and North Georgia real estate market, I study market trends daily — tracking sales, pricing, inventory, and buyer behavior — and I bring that real-world insight directly into the classroom.
My approach to teaching is simple: help students truly understand real estate, not just memorize it. I connect coursework to real-life scenarios, explain the “why” behind the rules, and prepare students for what actually happens in the field. When you understand how the market works, you don’t just pass the exam — you start your career with confidence.
I believe education should be honest, practical, and supportive. That means setting realistic expectations, encouraging questions, and helping students think critically. Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all, and learning shouldn’t be either. Sometimes that means adjusting assumptions, understanding market limitations, and learning how to adapt — skills that matter long after the exam is over.
My goal is to provide more than a course. I want to give students a strong foundation built on knowledge, strategy, and confidence — one they can carry into every transaction and every stage of their career.
Students are never just a seat in the classroom to me. I value connection, mentorship, and long-term success, and I take pride in helping people step into a new career with clarity and direction.
Outside of teaching, I’m a proud dog lover (I have four), a breast cancer survivor and advocate, and someone who truly loves calling the Chattanooga area home. Teaching real estate here and helping others build their future in this community is something I’m honored to do.

Linda Carter is a lifelong Chattanooga native with a passion for real estate, leadership, and helping others build lasting success. Licensed since 2015, Linda has built a thriving multi-state real estate career, specializing in buying, selling, and investing across Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida.
As the founder and leader of Team Linda Carter, Linda is known for combining market expertise with heart-centered service. Her team culture is rooted in care, integrity, and long-term relationships — not just transactions. This mindset has driven exceptional results, including over $23 million in closed sales volume in 2022, with continued growth year after year.
Linda brings this same real-world experience, discipline, and people-first philosophy into real estate education. She believes great agents are built on a strong foundation of knowledge, confidence, and ethical practice — and that success comes from understanding both the market and the people within it.
Beyond real estate, Linda is a proud mother of two, grandmother to five, and dog mom to Brody. She enjoys shopping, beach walks, and spending quality time with her family. Teaching and mentoring future agents is one of the most meaningful parts of her journey, and she looks forward to helping students turn their real estate goals into lasting careers.
